With all the options these new C7 Corvettes have, ProCharger brought in loads of BETA cars for testing, to make sure we had you covered, no matter what combo you have chosen for your C7. So thanks to a long R&D process, we can offer a supercharger system for the full line up. (Stick or Automatic, Wet Sump or Dry Sump, Z51). This industry leading, OEM quality supercharger system delivers close to 600 RWHP (depending on make of dyno, altitude, etc) on an otherwise stock C7 with only 7 psi of highly efficient, intercooled ProCharger boost.

ProCharger is now offering (2) different intercooler placements (with the largest and most effective intercoolers for the C7), (2) different air inlets on this system, and (3) different finishes for the blower and brackets, along with our industry leading supercharger lineup! Doesn’t get much better then that as far as customization ability.

Building on a 20-year history of forced induction engineering and innovation, ProCharger is the first supercharger manufacturer to design and release a highly efficient air-to-air intercooled supercharger system for the C7 Corvette Stingray. With an original bracket design and belt-drive system unique to the C7 Stingray platform, ProCharger P-1SC-1 intercooled systems and tuner kits continue to lead the industry in OEM-style fit and finish, ease of installation, and reliable performance.

Our C7 Corvette Stingray HO Intercooled Systems with P-1SC-1 are supplied with proven tuning calibrations and a handheld programmer set for a 40% power gain over stock, on 7 psi of boost and pump gas. Higher boost levels and horsepower gains of up to 50% are possible with an Intercooled Tuner Kit and custom tuning, and even higher with modified motors. For hyper-custom racing builds, F-Series supercharger models up to the 10.5” volute
F-1X and F-2 can be installed without the need for additional brackets.

These ProCharger systems also give Corvette owners multiple options in both the performance and appearance arenas, with your choice of a vertical or horizontal-mounted inter-cooler, a supercharger air inlet with race-style filter or a factory air box interface, and either polished, satin, or black finish for the brackets and head unit.

Starting from GM engine CAD models, ProCharger created a one-piece billet design utilizing existing, robust mounting points on the LT-1 motor for maximum holding force. This system will firmly hold head units ranging in size from a P-1SC-1 up to an F-2 head unit.

No relocation of any OEM parts is needed–no fluid systems are opened up, and the ABS module and lines stay in the factory location. This not only speeds up the install, but it also ensures that all factory braking, cooling, and oiling systems on the car work just as GM intended.

Using a patented crank pulley design, we are able to secure a 8.125" supercharger drive pulley onto the factory harmonic balancer, without having to drop the steering rack or pin the crank. The ProCharger crank pulley works by using a system of "cam-locks" to securely grip the factory balancer, taking the load off the crank bolt, and ensuring years of service without worry.

Combining this 8.125" crank pulley with a multi-position, fixed idler near the supercharger pulley, the system was designed for maximum belt wrap. This ensures maximum belt traction as the power levels of these systems get pushed well beyond the factory 7 psi system offering.

With the best belt wrap possible, ProCharger's tensioner is unique in design in that its not only spring loaded, but also allows the customer to add as much pre-load adjustment as they want into the belt. This tensioner has already been proven to support 1300+HP when used with dedicated 8-rib belts, so handling the factory 7 psi is no stress at all.

This system was designed to be the easiest Corvette supercharger system install we have ever offered (4-5 hour install time), and you can change the pulley and 8-rib belt without removing the bracket or the supercharger.

GM spent a great deal of time on the airflow design of this new C7, from the front fascia to the inlets for the coolers on the rear fenders. With this in mind, ProCharger decided that an intercooler specifically designed for the C7’s horsepower and cooling needs was in order.

Starting with a fresh core design, the cross flow section of the intercooler core was increased in size to eliminate pressure drop as much as possible, while retaining cooling capacity. Understanding that flexibility in the intercooler mounting would be welcomed by Corvette performance enthusiasts, ProCharger is offering intercooler systems with either Vertical and Horizontal mounting, both with an astounding 972 cubic inches of core volume.

Both intercooler options come with only two pieces of preformed-silicone charge tubing–from the supercharger to the intercooler, and the intercooler to the throttle body. This helps create the best airflow possible, and also eliminates any chance of rattles or vibrations caused by metal tubing.

Tuning for full systems is included with the 7 psi stock system offering. This comes in the form of a simple-to-use hand held programmer. With long-term reliability in mind, these tunes are set up conservatively from the factory to account for fuel variations across the country. As always, more power can be had from the base system, with custom tuning from your dealer or tuning shop.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact West Coast Corvette for shipping quotes. Shipments outside of the Continental US may incur customs fees, Duties, or Taxes depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Per regulated shipping rules, the customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees associated with customs are to be paid by the customer as West Coast Corvette has no way of calculating these fees.

CORE CHARGES
Our exchange program is very simple and allows you to receive chrome plated wheels or powder coated calipers without unnecessary down time to your vehicle. We first send you a set of our high quality chrome plated GM wheels or powder coated calipers to have installed. The best way to purchase is with a credit card. We initially charge you for the Chrome Plating
(wheels) or powder coating (calipers) plus a refundable core charge.
You must return your undamaged cores within ten (10) days, we then issue you a full core credit within ten (10) days of receiving the product. Cores returned late (after the 10-day period) will be charged a $30.00 (per day) late fee. There will be a $100.00 stripping fee on painted caliper cores. To insure the highest quality available we only exchange GM products and they must be for the same style and year. Any damages will be deducted from the core refund. You may contact WCC for return shipping assistance.

WARRANTIES
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. West Coast Corvettes and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. All Chrome Exchange wheels come with a 3-Year Written Warranty. Our 1-piece reproduction wheels come with a “Lifetime Limited” structure and a 2 year chrome warranty. All wheels should be checked for trueness or run-out before installation, in case shipping damage has occurred. All wheels should be test fit before installation to assure proper clearance of brake rotor, brake caliper, inner and out fender and brake cooling duct. Complete warranty will accompany wheel shipments. WCC does not directly warrant any high performance part or labor. Performance parts are installed at the customers risk and any warranty claim must be taken up with the manufactures. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area. WCC does not cover labor on any warranty claim. All WCC Forged Wheels are designed for street use only. Warranty is void if used for racing.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
All items that are considered “oversized” are items that are billed from the carrier at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum of a 30lb. package. Oversized items have an additional fee to cover these high shipping costs, even when a "free shipping" promotion is in effect.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage be present, immediately notify WCC so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any goods. Notify West Coast Corvette’s Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged or defective goods before sending the item back. West Coast Corvette is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery. *Damage claims may not be submitted after the part is installed.* Once the item is installed, West Coast Corvette is not liable for damages or imperfections.

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been back ordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. West Coast Corvette assumes no liability after this point.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders made payable to West Coast Corvettes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. C.O.D. orders add $ 13.00 CA residents, add 8.00% sales tax. Call for Wire Transfer information.

C.O.D. ORDERS
Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders will be accepted for C.O.D. orders. If a C.O.D. order is refused, any future order would need to be paid in advance of shipment with a Cashier’s Check or Money Order.

SALES TAX
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 7.75%.
